Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Government College Kukshi, District- Dhar Established in 1983. the college is located in rural area. the college has 9.88 acre of land and build up area is 1880 sq. meter. earlier the college name was Govt. College Kukshi and affiliated with Devi Ahilya University, Indore. the college is recognition in 2f and 12b in U.G.C. when the college established only B.A. classes were started and 24 students were admitted. in year 1986 B.Com and in 1989 B.Sc. (science) had been started. in 1997 M.A. in economics and in 2011 M. A. in History and M. A. in Political Science classes had been started in the college. At present there are 01 Associate Prof. and 11 Assistant Prof., 9 Faculties out of 12 are Ph.d. holder and 06 Guest Faculties are working against vacant post. there are 7 employs of both 3rd and 4th class. as mention earlier the college is located in tribal area in which there 85% students are from schedule tribes. at present 1752 students are studying in current year 2023-24. College has a huge library in which 35121 books are consisting.
